The PHP team is made up of dedicated nursing professionals who understand what you need to have a satisfying career. We will assist you with your placement, relocation and housing and will be available throughout your assignment, 24 hours a day. We strive to develop personal relationships with all our clients. 	Betty Buckfield - Placement and Logistics Manager I have been with PHP since its inception and have seen the company grow into a first class operation. My current responsibilities are dealing with Healthcare Professionals throughout the UK and covering all aspects of logistics. The most satisfying part of my job is meeting and greeting new nurses when they arrive in the UK and giving them lots of support with the challenges that they face moving to a new country.

	Marjorie Mayers, RGN - International Recruitment Manager Having worked for PHP as a registered nurse in the USA, I feel that I have a vast wealth of experience of NCLEX, Green Card processing and life in the USA having lived in 3 different States. I enjoy being able to support nurses from their initial enquiry to the start of their new position in the United States. I take pride in our individualised approach to all of the nurses since they are from such varied personal and professional backgrounds. Personally, I enjoy music and feel that it is important to be able to laugh at least once a day!

	Carol Pryce, RGN - Operations Manager Carol Pryce RGN, Operations Manager I joined NMS in September 2000. Previously I have worked for PHP as an Obstetric Nurse in the USA and as a Nurse Recruiter in the UK. The most exciting part of my role is that every day can be different and I enjoy being part of a team that is dedicated to locating new and interesting placements for our nurses. My hobbies include: Reading, entertaining, gardening and keeping my toddler out of mischief!

	Lynda Wiltshire - Nurse Support & Compliance Officer I have been working with PHP for over 8 years. I currently cover all the administration from UKCC registration, Work Permit applications to verifying the nurses' timesheets for payroll purposes. In my spare time I work in a private social club and also enjoy music, DIY, cooking and trying to get a sun tan.
