May Ball, UK Recruiter (Nursing Homes)
I have been part of the PHP South African staff since 1989 and have found it both challenging and exciting. Prior to working for NMS I was in banking for 14 years, so this has been a wonderful change. I have learnt a lot about nursing in general and I find it very rewarding when the nurses actually take time to write and thank you for helping them to fulfil their dream of working in another country.

Personal Fact: In my spare time I enjoy jogging, reading and just relaxing in the sun.

I am a registered Nurse, specialized in Midwifery and Operating Theatre Technique. After specializing in the Theatre environment for several years, I joined an international pharmaceutical company as a medical representative serving a number of major hospitals. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as I love meeting new people. I had the privilege of joining PHP in January 1999. I started recruiting nurses to the U.K., was offered the opportunity to recruit to the United States in the year 2000 and since January 2002, I have started to recruit to Australia. I have met many more of my nursing colleagues and am enjoying the challenges that recruitment presents.

Hi there! I started working for PHP at the beginning of March 2002. I have worked and traveled to the UK with PHP before where I worked as a Registered Nurse. Therefore I am able to share in the nurse's feelings of anticipation and excitement as they prepare for their adventure. Working abroad is a great self learning experience, filled with discovery of new cultures and exhilarating new places. My aim is to assist the nurse in reaching their full potential as an individual and I look forward to helping my nurses to prepare for their venture.

Personal Fact: I enjoy traveling, reading and watching movies, spending time outdoors and sharing time with my family and friends.

Hi, I have been part of the PHP family since 1996 when I opened the South African office in Johannesburg. I am originally from London and can appreciate the anxiety and thrill of moving to a new country. Before I joined PHP I ran my own manufacturing company for 9 years but now enjoy the challenges of running PHP South Africa. It is extremely rewarding to see our nurses reach their full potential and be given the opportunity to grow.

Personal Fact: I enjoy cooking and relaxing at home with my family.

Diana Rudman - Receptionist/Administrator
I recently joined NMS in March 2002. I work in reception and do administration tasks. Previously I was with Fedsure Health Insurance and I am enjoying the change within the medical industry. It is refreshing to observe the excitment of the nurses who are preparing to work abroad.

Personal Fact: I enjoy going for long walks and outdoor hiking. I also enjoy snuggling up with a good book and pottering around in the garden.
